Price Change Policy:

1. Price Fluctuations

Dubai is a dynamic travel destination, and prices for various travel activities, such as tickets and tours, may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control, including government regulations and adjustments by the service providers. At Indians Abroad, we strive to provide competitive and transparent pricing to our customers. Therefore, it is important for customers to be aware that prices may fluctuate over time.

2. Price Adjustment

When you book a travel activity with us, you agree to pay the price displayed at the time of booking. However, if the price for the same activity increases between the time of booking and the date of the activity, you may be required to pay the additional amount to cover the price difference.

3. Notification

We will make every effort to notify customers of any price increases as soon as we become aware of them. However, please note that price changes may occur without prior notice, especially when they are mandated by government authorities or service providers.

4. Payment of Additional Amounts

a. If a price change occurs, we will contact you to inform you of the additional amount required to secure your booking at the new price.

b. Customers are required to make the additional payment within a specified timeframe provided in our notification. Failure to make the payment may result in the cancellation of the booking, and our standard cancellation policy will apply.

5. Booking Cancellations

If you choose not to proceed with the booking due to a price increase and do not wish to pay the additional amount, you may cancel the booking in accordance with our cancellation policy. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details on applicable charges and credits.


Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Request

Customers may request to cancel their reservation or booking by contacting our customer support team via phone or email at info@indiansabroadtravel.com

Cancellation requests must include the booking reference number and the name of the lead traveler.

2. Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans may change, and in such cases, we offer a credit policy rather than monetary refunds. We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.

3. Credit Policy

a. For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled departure or check-in date, customers will receive a travel credit equal to the total amount paid. This travel credit will be valid for use within one year from the date of cancellation.

b. For cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to the scheduled departure or check-in date, customers will receive a travel credit equal to 50% of the total amount paid. This travel credit will be valid for use within one year from the date of cancellation.

c. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the scheduled departure or check-in date are not eligible for any travel credit, and the full amount paid will be forfeited.

d. Above Credit policy is applicable for customers who has paid package amount in Full and the Tours have not been booked by team. If Tours have already been booked then discuss the case with customer service team for possible solution.

e. Please note, If you have paid only ‘token amount’ then you are not eligible for the credit note and AED 500 will be deducted as penalty charges. Also, Any token amount will not be adjusted for individual activity booking.

4. Credit Redemption

Customers can redeem their travel credit when booking a new trip with our travel company. The credit will be applied to the total cost of the new booking.

5. Credit Expiration

Travel credits are valid for one year from the date of cancellation. If not used within this time frame, the credit will expire, and no extensions will be granted.

6. Booking Modifications

Customers may make modifications to their booking (subject to availability) instead of canceling, provided they adhere to our modification policy. Please contact our customer support team for more information on booking modifications.

7. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to make exceptions to this cancellation policy. Decisions regarding exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
